A diario limpiamos nuestro rostro para retirar impurezas, maquillaje o exceso de grasa, pero de vez en cuando es necesario realizar una limpieza facial profunda para ayudar a remover células muertas, remover puntos negros y realizar un shock de nutrición sobre nuestra piel para que luzca hidratada y lozana.
Puedes realizarte limpiezas faciales en salones de belleza especializados, pero a veces, utilizan productos químicos muy fuertes que pueden llegar a irritar tu piel o no utilizan los productos de tu preferencia. Entonces si vas al salón de belleza puedes llevarles los productos que utilizas para limpiar tu rostro o mejor aún puedes realizar tu misma tu limpieza facial profunda en casa. Te enseñamos los pasos que debes seguir y tips para realizar tu limpieza facial:

Abre los poros
Para comenzar la limpieza facial debes abrir los poros, esto hará que sea mucho más fácil limpiar las impurezas y los puntos negros. Sumerge una toalla limpia en agua tibia casi caliente, puede ser también agua de manzanilla, luego exprímela y colócala por algunos segundos sobre tu rostro sentirás inmediatamente como tus poros se abren, se siente increíble! -
Retira impurezas
Luego de haber abierto tus poros utiliza una leche limpiadora según tu tipo de piel, si no sabes qué tipo de piel tienes puedes leer nuestro Blogpost “Test simple para identificar tu tipo de piel”. Recuerda distribuir de manera uniforme la leche limpiadora, retira con un algodón húmedo y el excedente aclara con agua. Para la limpieza facial profunda puedes optar por utilizar en vez de agua de la grifería, agua mineral, existen muchas en el mercado y contienen muchos minerales beneficiosos para tu piel y además no tienen el cloro del agua de la grifería. Retira puntos negros
Los puntos negros son súper fastidiosos, porque hacen que nuestra piel no se vea bien y además muchas veces se quedan incrustados en nuestros poros haciendo que el sebo se acumule. Para ayudar a retirarlos debes ser tener mucho cuidado ya que si los pellizcas directamente con los dedos puedes maltratarte la piel. Para este paso necesitas una esponja vegetal y un par de hisopos. Con la esponja vegetal húmeda, frota suavemente en las zonas donde tienes puntos negros para suavizarlos y sea más fácil sacarlos luego, con dos hisopos presiona suavemente hasta sacar los puntos negros, limpia con un algodón los puntos negros que sacaste

Tonifica
Este paso es muy importante ya que esto cerrará los poros y los afinará para preparar tu piel para la hidratación. Nuestra Loción tónica vivificante es delicada con tu piel y ayuda a calmar las irritaciones de la piel gracias al agua de hamamelis. Aplica tu loción tonificante con un algodón dando pequeños toques sobre la piel.
Para tonificar la zona del contorno de los ojos puedes colocar rodajas de pepino previamente sumergidas en agua con hielo, esto refrescará la zona del contorno de los ojos y ayudará a desinflamar las bolsitas -
Hidrata
Este es el último paso, pero no por eso menos importante. Este punto es clave ya que este paso es el que ayuda a tu piel a regenerarse, que no pierda humedad, prevenir arrugas, etc. Recuerda tomar en cuenta los siguientes puntos para elegir tu hidratante:
Tipo de pielEdad (no siempre tu edad cronológica, representa la edad de tu piel)
Objetivo (prevenir arrugas, reducir manchas, hidratación básica, etc)
Hidratación de día e Hidratación de noche
Aplica tu hidratante con los dedos y de preferencia con los dedos anulares ya que son los dedos de la mano que ejercen menos presión y así no marcas tu piel.
